Refund policy
EU & UK cancellation rights
For eligible online purchases delivered to the EU or UK, you can tell us you wish to withdraw within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the goods after notifying us. Our standard catalogue artwork is printed after ordering; this alone does not remove your cancellation rights.
How to notify us
Contact FormaMood using our contact details with your name, order number, the items you are returning and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return destination. Please do not send items to a print provider without instructions.
Return costs & refunds
For a change-of-mind return, you bear the direct return shipping cost. Where required by law, we refund the item price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. Additional express delivery charges are not refunded. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after notification; we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. You may inspect items as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and useful photos so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not limited by our print providers’ claim deadlines or this change-of-mind policy.
Personalised products & other destinations
Any applicable cancellation exception for goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised will be explained before purchase. For other delivery destinations, contact us about your return request. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
You can also request a return or cancellation online in your customer account. You may still notify us by email using the contact details above.
